Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, YahooMotorSports,LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. YahooMotorSports, LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 

If a warranty comes with your item, you will be provide with 30 day warranty paperwork on-site only.  This paper work will consist of your signature and date of purchase.  Warranties presented on-site will protect your products motor only.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a YahooMotorSports, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, YahooMotorSports, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. YahooMotorSports, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, YahooMotorSports, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Notice
YAHOOMOTORSPORTS may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to YahooMotorSports, LLC.


Returns

There are no refunds on items. All sales are final. YahooMotorSports, LLC makes every effort to ensure that our products are functional and damage free prior to leaving our warehouse. If paying through paypal there are no returns on any items from yahoomotorsports.com or the warehouse items once pick-up is made of any item. If shipped, each customer must inspect the shipment while the shipping company is at your door. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Also, YahooMotorSports, LLC. recommends that you research the details regarding the legality of scooters & ATV's in your state.


Damages
Damages that may occur due to customer misuse or improper care and maintenance (including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit, negligence by the user, or blatant misuse of normal intended operations) are not covered under the warranty. To better help our customers locate issues on their units, we may ask that the warranty part be sent to our parts department for inspection and testing for defects. If asked to send the parts, no warranty parts will be sent out until parts are received. Now this is only if we ask, which we typically do not.

This warranty is provided to the original customer and is non transferable. There is no agreement or warranty, expressed or implied other than those stated in this agreement. Okay, just a little bit more to go and we’re finally done. YahooMotorSports, LLC. does not provide or pay for labor and is not responsible for the payment of damages for incidental or consequential loss arising from injury. Ride at your own risk. All sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not offered under any circumstance. We do sell awesome products so this shouldn’t even be an issue.


Shipping Damage
Please note that any "shipping damage" that occurs during the shipping from YahooMotorSports, LLC, or one of it's affiliate warehouses to the customer is the responsibility of the customer to initiate the claim with the shipping company. This will include contacting shipping company and notate what damage occurred and be responsible for parts claims. Please look over crate and notice any concealed damage that may have occurred during shipping. Once you sign off on the receipt, regardless of who signs, the responsibility is on the customer from point of receipt.

YahooMotorSports, LLC safely packs and crates all units prior to shipping out of our warehouse. In the event that an item has been lost or damaged during shipping, please log onto our website and fill out a shipping damage form. The buyer must have shipping insurance at the time of the initial order in order to be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. Again, be sure to inspect your package when it arrives. If there is damage, notify us immediately.

If you need a part, contact our parts department here so we can help you out. We use the email system so we have better documentation for your part. We typically can get a part out to you within 5 business days. If desired part is not in stock lead time could be 3-5 weeks.
